Based on your question, I will help you to change your behavior, complaints, thoughts and emotions .
You may not yet know exactly what you do want, but you do know what you no longer want.
Awareness is an essential part of therapy . You will see how you live your life according to certain patterns – often for years , almost on autopilot. These patterns influence how you deal with yourself, your relationships and your work.
Maybe you already know how you would like it to be different, but it feels like something is stronger than yourself. You remain stuck , with moments of progress and setbacks . You ask yourself: Why can't I really change?
Maybe you've tried everything, but never got to the heart of the matter.
There, at that core , the real process of healing and transformation begins.

Wat kun je verwachten?
Bij mij krijg je 1-op-1 sessies van 90 minuten.
We werken met hypnotherapie en psychosociale therapie om patronen te doorbreken die je bewust niet kunt veranderen.
Je hoeft niet “iets te kunnen” of je leven op orde te hebben.
Je moet alleen bereid zijn om te kijken:
- Waar zit het vast?
- Wat wil je niet meer?
- En wat kan er in de plaats komen.
Samen gaan we op zoek naar de kern. Niet vaag. Wel diep.
En altijd afgestemd op jou.

Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy that is used to help change thoughts, behavior and patterns.
Talking alone is often not enough to change your deep beliefs . You have come to believe through the stored experiences of life (environment, events, relationships) that you had to behave in a certain way to meet the expectations of your environment . That was necessary at the time, but usually it no longer serves you when you have become an adult. These (unprocessed) stored experiences, emotions and beliefs can no longer be reached in a normal state of consciousness . That is why you do not understand what prevents you from changing. It is much deeper than what your thoughts can reach. With hypnotherapy you gain access to that layer: your unconscious.

The unconscious

How does a session look like?
We starten met een gesprek over waar je nu staat
Je ligt of zit ontspannen (met je ogen dicht)
Ik begeleid je in een lichte trance
Jij ervaart, voelt, onderzoekt van binnen.
Daarna bespreken we wat je hebt ontdekt
Je blijft helder. Je houdt de regie.
En je hoeft niets te forceren.
Alleen aanwezig te zijn.
As a psychosocial therapist, I take a holistic approach, looking at the person as a whole and applying techniques that align with this perspective. Hypnotherapy works well alongside other forms of therapy, such as EMDR or solution-focused therapy.
During my sessions, I integrate various methods, including Transactional Analysis, EFT, DRT (a modified form of EMDR), Systemic Panorama, and ACT.
As a therapist, I am a member of the Dutch Association of Hypnotherapists (NBVH), participate in peer supervision, and attend annual training to stay up to date, deepen my knowledge, and expand my skills.
